Twenty-four hours later, the irradiated embryos were fixed and stained with p53, Ku80, and Rad51 antibodies. Embryos without ( A – C ) or with UVB irradiation ( D – F ) were stained with p53 (green) and Hoechst (purple) antibodies and detected under high-resolution confocal microscopy.
